Fun Times!

Yesterday was a very eventful day between the two kids. First in the afternoon Alexis really found her voice. She sat there and talked to me and laughed at me. I was so excited because she is really interacting now and it is fun. She is talking even more today and I love being able to talk to her and finally get a reaction. Then she decided she wanted to roll over, but I missed it because I turned my head for two seconds. I wish I could have seen it, but I will hopefully get to see roll number two. Then she is already "crawling". She pulls her knees up under herself and then she pushes with them and goes forward. I was telling her that she is supposed to roll ever first and I guess she did, but just once. I can't believe it. She is not quit 5 months yet, but she is very determined to get somewhere and she will get there. I think that she is going to be a very crazy and independant girl. I fear for the future, but I guess we can only worry about today. I don't want to rush her in growing up and miss out on these fun baby times. Hopefully I will be able to get her rolling over &/or "crawling" and put it on here later!

Then last night we went over to Aaron's brother's house for dinner and the bathroom door got left open. Caden decided to go in and is into shutting doors behind him. Well he shut the door and then opened the drawers which are right behind the door. The light wasn't even on and Caden couldn't understand us when we told him to shut the drawer. He though we were saying door so he kept trying to shut the door on us. We tried for 30 min to get it open and finally Aaron got the drawer shut with a hanger and got the door open. By the time the door was open Caden was hysterical because he had been in there so long and it was dark. I was a little scared because I didn't think that we were going to get the door open. But at least he is free and okay.

Having kids is quit a chore, but I think that it is the best chore. I love my kids and can't wait to see what comes next. Life is NEVER boring that is for sure.

Wow I can't believe she is already trying to crawl. That is awesome. I bet that it is making life with her a little more exciting hugh.

For Halloween your Mom wore the same thing that your dad did. The pumpkin shirt and jeans.

Ya, I love when they get older because they are more interactive. She is talking a lot more everyday and I love it.
